The seller’s name and telephone number will be provided without delay, by email or similar means, upon request and with sufficient time before you place an order. To request disclosure, please write to the address on contact before purchasing, stating “Request for seller information”. No purchase or account registration is required to make a request.
販売業者の氏名および電話番号は、ご請求に応じ、購入のお申込みに先立って十分な時間的余裕をもって、電子メール等により遅滞なく提供いたします。開示をご希望の方は、購入前に contact の窓口へ「販売業者情報の開示希望」とご連絡ください。ご請求にあたり、購入や会員登録は必要ありません。

セール期間などご注文が集中した場合には、発送までに通常よりお時間をいただく場合がございます。配送日のご指定は承っておりません。 - Returns, exchanges, and defective items返品・交換・不良品等
- As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the customer’s convenience. If an item arrives defective or damaged, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the details, we will arrange a return, an exchange, or another remedy.
Please note that we may be unable to accept a return or exchange if the item has been used, or if the item or any of its accessories has been lost or damaged.お客様都合による返品・交換は、原則としてお受けしておりません。
